ECS removed the concrete walkway that extended from the city sidewalk to the back alley and to the garage. They replaced that existing sidewalk with a more detailed walkway and small patio area. The men found out very quickly that there was another older sidewalk under the existing sidewalk which was very difficult to remove as it extended the entire distance. They worked many extra hours to finally get out the double layer of cement. We drew a blueprint of the jigs and jags we needed to fit the gates and trees. We were very impressed with the final product as they followed the dimensions very well. The men were very personable and pleasant. They returned to seal the sidewalk twice as the first day's weather didn't cooperate. All in all we are very pleased with their work.

ECS pressured washed a large patio, double driveway, two small sidewalks and a side porch. They corrected a grading problem in a large section of the patio upon which water would collect and flow toward the house, causing leaks in the lower level. The pitch of this area was corrected, resurfaced, and all areas between the patio and the house were sealed. Several cracks in the concrete were patched. Finally, a sealer was applied to the driveway, patio and sidewalks.
Jack, the owner, was very responsive throughout the process. He returned all of my calls promptly, answered every question, and provided all information that I requested. Since this job was weather-dependent, there were some delays, but he kept me informed of when his workers would continue the job. Overall, four men worked on the job. They were hard-working, professional, and responsive. The patio and driveway, which was newly laid only five years ago, had developed a considerable mold and mildew problem, which entailed a great deal of work to remove. The workers took no breaks and seemed to take a genuine pride in doing a good job. They, and Jack, seemed genuinely committed to satisfying the customer. There have been several major storms since the job was completed, and no leakage occurred in the house.
